I also have a golden ticket, we are travelling from Finland to Aberdeen Scotland in december. I also want to know in advance, how and where and what time we can get the tickets?? It would make me calmer to know that, before I travel so far away without having the ticket =) .

Thank you boys for coming back to the UK again we love you for it, we are 5 NHS employees from Newcastle and my 16 year old niece who was so excited she was going to the Manchester gig she screamed at me down the phone and now I am deaf.

I'm not sure what you mean by safe, but when purchasing the golden ticket, the website was secure and on the receipt it said you had to take it with you to the "will call" desk on arrival. I'm sure details in an email will be sent out in due course and you can always ask security or another member of staff for directions to the will call desk, on your arrival at the venue. Each one may have slightly different rules, so I'm sure the people involved with setting this up will get details out to everyone asap

Really excited to be seeing you guys for the third time this year… hoping to book tickets for Brighton & London (the pre-fale tickets sold out before i had a chance to buy any… i was at work all day! Bad news for me but awesome news for the band!!!)

Pre-sales are just a couple days advance opportunity to buy tickets, before general sale. I believe you only have to be on the mailing list (like I am) to get emails about pre-sales, not a member of the Echelon or any other club/site
