You may recall that we recently posted about 30 Seconds To Mars’ awesome new video for “Closer To The Edge.” The U2-meets-Rush epic is basically a global love letter to the band’s incredibly dedicated fans who call themselves “The Echelon,” with some lucky 30STM supporters appearing in the beginning of the clip.
Well, apparently, talking on camera about how much they love 30 Seconds To Mars is something fans of the group are really good at! Which brings us to the The Rogue Echelon, a website that hosts a series of video testimonials from fans, talking about how deep their love for the band is.

@Erica What the hell are you talking about? Did you even watch the documentary? There's no one complaining there about not being featured in videos and nobody trying to get the band's attention. They're probably not going to watch it anyway because of their busy schedule. The Rogue Echelon just did a documentary, they're not forcing the band to watch it. __And by the way, don't worry, there are plenty of fans not lucky enough to live in either US or Western Europe. Those are fans that will probably never see them live, because not everyone can afford going abroad, and they never complain as much as people who get to see them every year.

I am stupid and I am tired of this situation. This is like …kindergarten
but right! I started ;P
1.5 hours of shit. This isn't a film about the Echelon. Remeber what the Echelon is? The street team that promotes the band. I didn't see anything about promoting the band in there. It's 1.5 hours of fangirling about bandmembers and wanting the band to notice them. That's all this film is about. Wanting attention from them.
Omg THANK YOU! One of the few people in the world that sits there and remembers that we, The Echelon, are here to say “Listen to this! It’s AMAZING!” Not to whine cause we havent gotten to be featured in a video. I have seen them 2 times. TWICE. And im 22. I cant follow them around due to medical reasons.(Sucks when your kidneys dont work) And I am NOT crying to a camera about not being able to be featured in a video. I don’t even think the concert from this tour that was here in Saint Louis, Missouri was in the video in ANY way and I honestly don’t care. Yeah i’m not going to say it wouldnt have been FUCKING AMAZING, but am I going to die because it wasn’t in the final cut? Nah.

Wow. Nice videos made by the echelon. "Jared's mind is scrubbing ideas." I love that line. I agree with all… Jared is crazy talented & a complete perfectionist & probably the most determined person that I have never met.
I wouldn't get in his way! Tomo seems like a total sweetheart & is a monster on the guitar. Shannon is a drum lord. It's just fun to watch him play. He's so into it. All I can say is THANK GOD FOR 30 SECONDS TO MARS!
